Acquisition & SEO Lead – DACH Market

About the role

Haypp Group is seeking an Acquisition & SEO Lead to own the end‑to‑end customer acquisition strategy for the DACH region. You will guide a team of SEO and content specialists while collaborating across product, tech, CRM, PR and paid‑media teams to drive growth for its e‑commerce brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a holistic acquisition mix covering SEO, PPC, content, affiliates, digital PR, social and emerging discovery channels.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of two SEO specialists and two content specialists.
• Own the DACH SEO strategy – technical SEO, on‑page content, off‑page link building and performance tracking.
• Translate business objectives into acquisition plans, campaign calendars and budget allocations.
• Coordinate with the global paid‑marketing team to set local priorities, campaign direction and performance goals.
• Monitor search landscape changes and ensure continuous visibility across key digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading acquisition or SEO initiatives in a fast‑growing e‑commerce environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
