Advertising Campaign Manager

About the role

eBay is looking for an Advertising Campaign Manager to help B2C sellers grow their businesses through our advertising portfolio. You will set up, optimise and monitor CPC campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI while delivering a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and optimise CPC campaigns for eBay sellers across multiple categories.
• Supervise campaign performance, analyse data and implement improvements to drive ROI.
• Maintain efficient workflows and support Account Managers in meeting performance benchmarks.
• Communicate directly with sellers, providing updates and actionable recommendations.
• Share and implement standardised processes to streamline team operations.
• Develop a deep understanding of economic trends within assigned categories.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in performance marketing, e‑commerce or digital advertising.
• Proven track record with CPC platforms such as Google Ads.
• Data‑driven, highly structured and customer‑centric problem‑solving approach.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in German and English.
