Agency Partnerships Specialist – Wolt Ads

About the role

Wolt Ads is looking for an Agency Partnerships Specialist to expand and deepen our agency relationships across more than 30 markets. You will work at the intersection of strategy, sales, and data, turning insights into commercial opportunities that drive revenue and strengthen long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Own agency planning by supporting the creation of joint business plans (JBPs) with key partners, combining data, insights, and clear opportunities.
• Transform first‑party data into actionable dashboards, track performance, and generate insights for agencies and their clients.
• Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and media plans tailored to agency needs and planning cycles.
• Monitor campaign delivery and performance, turning results into learnings and next steps.
• Identify new revenue opportunities through agency networks and help grow existing partnerships.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience working in or closely with media agencies.
• Strong understanding of media planning across programmatic, social, and retail media/commerce channels.
• Comfortable working with data and translating it into clear insights and recommendations.
• Familiar with campaign measurement metrics such as reach, ROAS, CPA, etc.
