About the role

Join the Flighthelp Airport Team to assist travelers during major flight disruptions such as delays or cancellations. You will be on‑site at airports in your region, offering friendly, informed guidance to help passengers understand the support options available to them.

Key responsibilities

• Attend assigned airports during significant flight disruptions.
• Approach and engage travelers in a courteous manner.
• Explain available assistance, compensation, and re‑booking options.
• Provide clear, up‑to‑date information and direct passengers to appropriate resources.
• Collect feedback and report observations to the Flighthelp coordination team.

Required profile

• Enjoys fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in French; English is a plus.
