About the role

Join the Flighthelp Airport Team to help travellers navigate major flight disruptions such as delays and cancellations. You will work directly in airports within your region, providing clear, friendly information and guidance to passengers in real‑time.

Key responsibilities

Assist passengers during significant flight delays or cancellations.
Provide up‑to‑date information on available support options.
Answer questions and guide travellers to appropriate services.
Maintain a visible, approachable presence throughout the airport.

Required profile

Enjoys fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
Strong communicator, comfortable approaching strangers.
Fluent in French; English is a plus.
Freelancers or flexible workers seeking side‑income.
Background in hospitality or customer‑facing roles (not mandatory).
