Application Engineer - Technical Customer Lead

About the role

The Application Engineer – Technical Customer Lead bridges Applied Intuition’s customers and engineering teams. You will lead high‑priority customer engagements, own overall account strategy, and ensure our autonomy solutions deliver maximum impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own account strategy for major enterprise customers.
• Manage executive and leadership relationships.
• Work closely with customers to understand development needs and propose effective use of Applied’s products.
• Prioritize customer needs within the broader engineering team.
• Collaborate with sales teams to gather requirements through technical discussions and workshops.
• Explore new product development areas driven by strategic understanding of the customer landscape.
