Apprentice Retail Assistant - Strellson Outlet Montabaur (d/f/m)

About the role

Holy Fashion Group, which owns the brands JOOP!, Strellson and Windsor, is looking for an apprentice retail assistant for its Strellson outlet in Montabaur, starting in August or September 2027. The company values people with emotion and passion, teamwork and independent thinking, and wants someone who fits into the team and shows interest in a long-term career in its stores.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and sell the high-quality collections
• Independently manage the sales areas, including sales figures, orders and success factors
• Handle reservations, extra orders, returns, checkout processes and customer complaints
• Take part in warehouse processes, visual merchandising and other projects

Required profile

• A good secondary school leaving certificate is desirable; a degree and good grades are important but personality, strengths and interests matter more
• Enjoyment of working with people and initial counselling experience (for example through an internship)
• Fast, careful and conscientious work with high quality standards
• Team player, reliable and communicative, open to new ideas
