Assistant Exhibition Manager (Munich)

About the role

Exhibition Hub is seeking an Assistant Exhibition Manager to support the planning, execution, and day‑to‑day management of large‑scale, immersive exhibitions in Munich. You will work closely with the Exhibition Manager to ensure flawless operations and an outstanding visitor experience.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑lead and mentor the exhibition team, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
• Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and act as the primary client contact when the Exhibition Manager is unavailable.
• Maintain regular client updates, manage expectations, and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute promotional strategies.
• Oversee on‑site event operations, including setup, execution, teardown, and emergency response.
• Assist with post‑event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in event or exhibition management.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale exhibitions and multiple deadlines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer‑focused skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as event schedules demand.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
