Product Marketing Manager – Robotics & Automation

About the role

RobCo is building the category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics and needs a Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing for Embedded Robotics and Integrated Solutions. You will work closely with customers across verticals such as automotive, food & beverage, electronics and plastics, turning insights into sales‑enablement content.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales‑enablement materials (pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling) for Embedded Robotics and Integrated Solutions, including partner‑focused assets.
• Develop and maintain vertical‑specific messaging and use‑case libraries by regularly engaging with customers, sales and solutions engineering.
• Create whitepapers, case studies and video content from real deployments, keeping the reference library up‑to‑date.
• Help build RobCoMMUNITY by identifying and nurturing reference customers willing to share their stories.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of product, content or customer marketing experience in B2B, preferably industrial or technical.
• Proven writing ability to produce whitepapers and case studies from customer interviews.
• Strong curiosity about customers and ability to translate their stories into sales‑focused content.
• Excellent organization skills to maintain a growing content library.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
