Senior Product Marketing Manager (Physical AI & Autonomy)

About the role

RobCo is building the Autonomous Industrial Robotics category and needs a senior leader to own the product narrative for its flagship Physical AI line, Alfie. You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, sales and marketing, driving a multi‑month launch campaign that culminates at the RobCoN event in March 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the core messaging, positioning and value propositions for Alfie across sales, marketing, customer success and external communications.
• Create and manage all Alfie content assets – whitepapers, datasheets, solution briefs, sales decks, battlecards and demo scripts – and ensure 100% adoption by the sales team.
• Participate in product roadmap reviews, bring field insights back to engineering and keep commercial teams informed of upcoming features.
• Own end‑to‑end video production for the Alfie launch, from proof‑point films to the flagship stage video at RobCoN.
• Lead enablement sessions and speaker briefings to ensure consistent, compelling delivery of the Alfie story.

Required profile

• 6+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, pre‑sales, solutions engineering, applications engineering, technical consulting or hands‑on robotics/automation roles.
• Deep, practical fluency in robotics, automation, mechatronics, industrial hardware/software systems or AI.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into usable content such as sales decks, technical docs or training material.
• Comfortable owning a narrative from concept through execution without relying on external briefs.
• Experience managing content production cycles, briefing creative partners and delivering finished assets on schedule.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
