Assistant for Global Inflator Organisation (GIO)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Assistant to support the Global Inflator Organisation (GIO) at our Aschaffenburg site. You will provide high‑level administrative and strategic assistance to senior leadership and act as the main liaison between GIO and internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, appointments and global time‑zone scheduling for senior leaders.
• Prepare, review and follow up on meeting agendas, presentations and action items.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and off‑site events, both virtual and on‑site.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Track key initiatives, deadlines and action items across the organisation.
• Process purchase orders, invoicing and expense reports.
• Organise domestic and international travel, including visas, accommodations and itineraries.
• Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes and efficiency.

Required profile

• Completed qualification as a commercial assistant or equivalent.
• Professional experience as an assistant in an internationally operating industrial company.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and highly committed work style.
• Professional demeanor with strong reliability and integrity.
• Excellent written and spoken English and German.
