Associate Attorney

About the role

We are expanding our Berlin office and seek an Associate Attorney to join our international competition law team. The role involves handling complex competition litigation matters for corporate, institutional and individual clients across Europe and North America.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support competition litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and settlement documents.
• Coordinate case strategy with senior partners and cross‑border teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and client communications.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of professional experience and admission to the German bar.
• Strong knowledge of competition law and litigation practice.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German.
• Excellent case and project management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, resilient and a collaborative team player.
