Associate Event Coordinator

About the role

FAT Karting League is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Event Coordinator to support the delivery of race weekends across Germany. This entry‑level position offers a fast‑paced environment where you will gain hands‑on experience in motorsport event operations and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with race weekend operations and overall event delivery.
• Support customer registration, check‑in, and front‑of‑house activities.
• Help coordinate paddock logistics, driver activities, and event setup.
• Provide administrative support for event logistics and documentation.
• Contribute to content capture and social‑media activity before, during, and after events.
• Ensure a high‑quality customer experience throughout each event.

Required profile

• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer‑focused mindset.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Availability to travel and work weekends.

Required skills

• Experience with social‑media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) is a plus.
