Associate – Real Estate Fund Management

About the role

Invesco is seeking an Associate to join its Real Estate Fund Management team in Munich. The role offers hands‑on exposure to the full lifecycle of institutional real‑estate funds, from capital deployment to asset disposal, and provides a platform to develop fund‑operations expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Fund Management and internal functions such as Accounting, Finance, ESG, and Transactions.
• Support the execution of real‑estate acquisitions and disposals, including preparation of investment materials and structured memoranda.
• Assist with liquidity planning, cash‑flow forecasting, and monitoring of fund‑level cash movements.
• Prepare regular fund performance reports, ad‑hoc analyses, and investor presentations; contribute to NAV processes in close cooperation with Accounting.
• Maintain fund databases, ensure data quality, and support data‑room preparation for transactions.

Required profile

• Motivated, detail‑oriented individual with a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to collaborate across pan‑European teams, including Investments, Accounting, Structured Finance, and Debt Finance.
• Curiosity, ownership, and drive are valued above prior experience.
