Audit Manager – Group Consolidation & IFRS

About the role

Entyre Group is scaling its health‑tech business across Europe and the United States and needs a senior finance leader to build a robust reporting backbone. As Audit Manager – Group Consolidation & IFRS you will own the group consolidation process, lead the conversion to IFRS and act as the main liaison with the Big 4 auditors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation for all Entyre entities in Germany, Switzerland and the US, including currency translation, inter‑company eliminations and reconciliations.
• Lead the end‑to‑end IFRS conversion project: perform gap analysis, draft conversion adjustments, prepare opening balance sheets and create the IFRS group accounting manual.
• Serve as the primary contact for Big 4 audit teams, handling scoping, PBC requests, technical memos and resolution of audit findings.
• Prepare technical accounting memoranda on complex topics such as equity instruments, venture debt, warrants, share‑based payments, business combinations and revenue recognition (IFRS 15).
• Develop and maintain consistent group accounting policies across all jurisdictions and finance teams.
• Build and lead an international Group Accounting team of 4‑6 professionals in Berlin, Zurich and Boston.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in group consolidation, IFRS conversion and external audit coordination.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, including CFOs, investors and lenders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on audit‑ready financial reporting.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, German HGB and Swiss GAAP FER.
• Expertise in multi‑currency consolidation and inter‑company eliminations.
• Experience drafting technical accounting memos and managing Big 4 audit processes.
• Leadership experience building and developing finance teams.
