Bilingual Customer Support Agent (English/French) – Remote

About the role

Distribusion is a fast‑growing travel‑tech startup that connects bus, rail and ferry operators with major online retailers. We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Agent to join our Operations team and provide high‑quality assistance to partners and users across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming English and French inquiries via email, live chat and phone, covering bookings, fraud, and technical issues.
• Collaborate with tech, product, retail and finance teams to ensure swift resolution of partner questions.
• Identify and propose process improvements and feature enhancements to increase operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions in our support system.

Required profile

• Solid experience in customer service, preferably with partner relationship management.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Required skills

• SQL – ability to write queries for data investigation.
• Technical troubleshooting – interpreting logs and API request/response data.
