Bilingual Marketing Consultant - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual marketing consultant to act as an AI trainer. In this remote freelance position you will interact with AI chatbots in both German and English, measuring their progress, evaluating logic, and creating novel conversational scenarios to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver diverse, complex bilingual tasks for AI chatbots.
• Assess chatbot outputs for correctness, relevance, and performance.
• Identify and resolve issues that affect model quality.
• Document evaluation results and provide feedback for model refinement.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and German.
• Detail‑oriented with expert‑level writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Independent contractor able to work remotely from Germany.
