Bilingual Social Media Manager - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Social Media Manager to help train AI chatbots in both German and English. You will engage directly with AI models, creating and evaluating conversations to improve their linguistic performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct bilingual dialogues with chatbots to assess progress.
• Write novel, diverse conversations that teach the AI appropriate responses.
• Provide complex bilingual tasks and evaluate the outputs for quality and correctness.
• Measure and report on AI performance against set criteria.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and German.
• Detail‑oriented with expert‑level writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Only applicants residing in Germany will be considered.
• Independent contractor mindset.
