Brand Newsroom Associate

About the role

Kaleidoscope is seeking a Brand Newsroom Associate to help build and run its editorial and media engine. You will work closely with the Head of Media and Thought Leadership, turning ideas, events, and strategic priorities into clear, high‑quality outputs while maintaining an efficient, AI‑enabled workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Support content production for posts, events, invitations, summaries, short articles, briefs, bios, and related materials.
• Translate live conversations, founder thinking, and strategic priorities into concise written outputs.
• Create and format light visual assets in Canva, including social posts, simple event visuals, decks, and documents.
• Manage workflows across content, events, approvals, deadlines, and follow‑up.
• Maintain operational systems for media and thought leadership such as trackers, templates, calendars, and source documents.
• Use AI tools intelligently for research, drafting, repurposing, and organization without compromising quality.
• Coordinate content across CRM, social channels, and event outputs.
• Help build a thoughtful, well‑run, and scalable newsroom.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional or 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong reliability, follow‑through, and proactive work style.
• Interest in sustainability, resilience, systems thinking, and business strategy.
• Excellent writing and editing ability in English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Canva for light design and formatting.
• Google Docs and Google Slides.
• CRM tools and social media schedulers.
• Excel or spreadsheet proficiency; automation knowledge is a plus.
• Practical use of AI tools for content creation.
