Business Development Executive I

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive I to join our sales team in Berlin. This hybrid position will involve reaching out to prospects, building relationships, and promoting Wellhub’s workplace wellness platform. You will help companies understand the value of our mission and drive growth across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospects and identify potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team and share detailed information about opportunities.
• Manage expectations, handle objections, and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Educate companies on the importance of workplace wellbeing and demonstrate Wellhub’s value proposition.
• Become the go‑to person for new and existing target industries across various geographies.
• Network with clients at industry events to uncover new business opportunities.
• Promote a culture of wellbeing by embodying the company’s mission and supporting colleagues.
