About the role
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for gaming and technology brands across the APAC region. The role combines strategic planning, relationship management, and consultative sales, offering the chance to work with globally recognized clients on high‑impact campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets for gross margin, client acquisition, and conversion performance in APAC.
- Own the full business development cycle: prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with gaming and tech clients, identifying expansion opportunities.
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand client challenges and craft tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and events teams to deliver innovative, commercially effective proposals.
- Optimize CRM workflows, lead management, and pitch processes using HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Represent the business at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings locally and internationally.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Proven experience in the gaming or technology sector.
- Background in an in‑house commercial team or a marketing/creative agency.
- Demonstrated ability to manage pipelines and close deals independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English; Mandarin or Korean is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
