Business Development Manager – Retail Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to scale and strengthen our retail business. The role sits at the centre of the company, working across retail partnerships, supply chain, inventory, customer experience and internal systems to ensure smooth day‑to‑day execution and identify growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational handling of retail partners from onboarding through fulfillment and coordination.
• Oversee order confirmations, tracking, stock activations and ongoing partner communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners and support their long‑term growth.
• Identify, onboard and activate new retail partners and contribute to retail activations.
• Own and improve operational workflows across retail operations, inventory, fulfillment, customer experience and internal systems.
• Maintain AI‑driven workflow automations and propose process improvements.
• Coordinate inventory tracking, replenishment and stock movement across Shopify, fulfillment partners and reporting tools.
• Support customer care operations in Reamaze and automate support workflows.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, retail partnerships, business operations, e‑commerce or a similar role.
• Enjoys autonomy, thrives in fast‑moving startup environments and wants a direct impact on company growth.
