About the role

As Chief of Staff to the Go‑to‑Market Director, you will be the operational backbone that keeps the go‑to‑market engine running at full speed across all markets. You translate strategic priorities into concrete plans, ensure data‑driven decision making, and free the director to focus on high‑level strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operational rhythm of the Go‑to‑Market Director’s agenda, turning priorities into actionable timelines and next‑day tasks.
• Track performance data and KPIs across markets, surfacing insights and early warnings for leadership.
• Design and maintain project‑management architecture, systems and processes for multi‑market initiatives.
• Prepare briefings, reports and presentations that turn complex data into clear narratives.
• Coordinate closely with Product, Tech, Sales and Marketing to ensure cross‑functional initiatives stay on track.
• Continuously improve the Go‑to‑Market function by introducing structure and rigor.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, business operations, analyst or similar high‑rigor role, preferably in tech or energy scale‑ups.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset; you anticipate needs and act independently.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to build structures for complex, multi‑market projects.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple workstreams without losing the thread.
• Data‑savvy, comfortable turning numbers into actionable insights.
• Fluent in German and English (C1/C2) – written and verbal.
