Business Development Representative

About the role

Geotab is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth within its small‑and‑medium‑business (SMB) fleet customers (5‑100 vehicles). You will focus on generating new Monthly Recurring Revenue by prospecting, qualifying and advancing sales opportunities using the SPICED sales framework.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of SMB sales opportunities and maintain accurate pipeline data.
• Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, social) to identify and engage new prospects.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly MRR targets.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, leadership and the broader SMB sales team to create strategic revenue plans.
• Leverage Geotab’s open platform and Marketplace solutions to position value for customers.
