Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant Talent Pool – Winter 2027

About the role

Marabu Airlines is building a talent pool of experienced cabin crew members for positions expected to open in winter 2027. This pool allows qualified candidates to be considered for future flight attendant vacancies on our growing Airbus A320neo fleet serving the German leisure market.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional hospitality to ensure passenger comfort throughout the flight.
• Carry out safety and security procedures, conduct safety checks, demonstrate emergency equipment, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
• Support onboard sales and promote products that enhance the passenger experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth, efficient, and safe cabin operations.

Required profile

• Minimum age 18 years and height of at least 158 cm.
• Completed secondary education.
• Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation.
• Right to live and work in Germany or the EU.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; German language skills welcomed and willingness to improve.
• Valid aeromedical certificate and ability to swim unassisted.
• Previous cabin crew experience with a valid EASA attestation.
• No criminal record and ability to reach the home‑base airport within 60 minutes.
