Road Logistics Specialist – Invoice Acknowledgement (Germany)

About the role

As a member of the Freight Forwarding team, you will support the Invoice Acknowledgement IDS Germany team in ensuring accurate and efficient invoicing for customs operations across Germany. The role offers exposure to an international environment, collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and development of finance and customs expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate IDS systems, FSL Reebok, and Book&Check across 16 depots.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing, cost calculations and maintain high data quality.
• Review invoices in detail, identify discrepancies, and correct errors.
• Monitor compliance with all relevant deadlines and processes.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and transparency.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German B2 level highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and high accuracy in financial calculations.
• Ability to independently manage priorities, meet deadlines and escalate issues when needed.
• Experience with finance and invoicing systems such as ACON+ or similar.
• Reliability, proactive mindset and strong collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
