About the role

Join Ryanair’s fast‑growing cabin crew team and turn Europe’s sky into your office. You will welcome passengers, ensure their safety, and deliver a memorable in‑flight experience on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑class customer service to over 600 000 guests each day.
• Conduct safety briefings, demonstrate equipment use, and respond to emergencies.
• Work flexible early‑morning and late‑evening rosters, sometimes from 5 am to midnight.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and support the flight deck as required.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• EU right to live and work without restriction.
• Height between 5’2" (157 cm) and 6’2" (188 cm) and able to swim 25 m unaided.
• Comfortable speaking and writing English; must pass mandatory English and situational‑judgment tests.
