Cabin Crew Member – Strasbourg (Baden‑Baden Base)

About the role

Join Ryanair’s cabin crew team based at Baden‑Baden Airport, serving passengers on routes across Europe. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring safety and delivering high‑quality customer service on daily flights.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive and friendly service to passengers throughout the flight.
• Carry out safety checks, briefings and emergency procedures in accordance with airline regulations.
• Assist passengers with boarding, seating, luggage and special needs.
• Work early and late shifts, adhering to a 5‑on‑3‑off roster.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and report any technical issues to the flight deck.

Required profile

• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
• Height between 5′ 2″ (157 cm) and 6′ 2″ (188 cm).
• Ability to swim 25 m unaided and assist another person.
• Flexible, hardworking and outgoing personality with a “can‑do” attitude.
• Comfortable speaking and writing English; must pass an English proficiency test.
• Passion for travel and meeting new people.
