Chief Commercial Officer – Europe AI Digital Pathology

About the role

We are a fast‑growing healthcare technology company seeking a senior commercial leader to shape and execute our European growth strategy in AI‑powered digital pathology. Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will own the commercial roadmap, drive revenue, and build high‑performing teams across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the European commercial growth strategy.
• Drive revenue expansion and market penetration in key European markets.
• Lead, mentor and inspire sales and commercial teams across Europe.
• Establish strategic relationships with pathology labs, healthcare providers, pharma companies and research organisations.
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic partnership negotiations.
• Contribute as a senior member of the leadership team.

Required profile

• Proven commercial leadership experience within digital pathology.
• Demonstrated success with AI‑enabled digital pathology solutions.
• Track record of leading and managing commercial teams across Europe.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
