Cleaner (Minijob) – Berlin

About the role

Bärlin Facility Services is looking for reliable, detail‑oriented cleaners to join its growing team on a Minijob basis. You will work across a variety of client sites in Berlin, including Airbnb turnovers, offices and residential properties, with flexible scheduling to suit your availability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough, high‑quality cleaning at client locations (Airbnb turnovers, offices, homes).
• Follow the company’s digital checklist for each job and upload checkpoint photos after completion.
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members.
• Handle cleaning equipment and eco‑friendly products responsibly.

Required profile

• Punctual, trustworthy and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and following a structured checklist.
• German (minimum B1) and English (minimum C1) proficiency; additional languages such as Russian or Ukrainian are a strong plus.
• Legal right to work in Germany.
• Prior cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Ability to use a digital checklist application and submit photos via the platform.
