Club Associate in Operations

About the role

As a Club Associate in Operations you will support the day‑to‑day running and growth of the 4PADEL club in Münster. You will combine operational excellence with a commercial mindset while delivering a top‑class experience for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the 4PADEL identity in all player interactions.
• Drive revenue through court utilisation, membership conversions, add‑on sales and merchandise.
• Execute daily club routines and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and functionality.
• Support the planning and execution of trainings, tournaments and B2B/B2C events.
• Build community by fostering member engagement, retention and a welcoming padel culture.
• Collaborate with the Club Manager and coaches to meet targets on court usage, costs and academy programmes.

Required profile

• Strong passion for padel with basic playing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business or a related field is preferred.
• First professional experience in sports, retail, hospitality or events is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality and ability to work in a team.
• Fluent German and confident English communication skills.
