Commercial Analyst – Data & BI Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to design, build and maintain data models and Power BI reports that drive commercial decisions across our global group. You will streamline existing reporting, automate data flows and integrate marketing and finance sources to expand our insight capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scalable data models and datasets for Power BI, combining commercial, marketing and finance data.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and auditability through validation, reconciliation and documentation.
• Automate data transformation, validation and anomaly detection using AI‑supported tools.
• Manage and optimise Power BI environments, including refresh processes, performance tuning and access control.
• Provide ongoing reporting support, resolve data issues and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance datasets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence or analytics engineering.
• Strong end‑to‑end data skillset, from SQL‑based modelling to Power BI delivery.
• Proactive, independent problem‑solver with high attention to financial and sales data accuracy.
• Effective communicator able to work with non‑technical stakeholders.
