Commercial Project Manager – Renewable Energy

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Project Manager to lead the commercial coordination of solar PV and battery energy storage projects after contract award. You will act as the primary liaison between B2B customers, EPC partners, and internal teams, ensuring smooth project delivery from hand‑over to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate renewable energy projects following contract award.
• Serve as the main interface between customers, EPC partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project hand‑overs from the commercial sales team.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and payment schedules.
• Oversee inbound and outbound invoicing processes.
• Support commercial negotiations with EPC partners.
• Build strong relationships with senior executives and project partners.
• Ensure clear communication and smooth execution throughout delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in project coordination, customer success, commercial operations, or project administration.
• Excellent organisational ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Commercial mindset with high attention to detail.
• Professional‑level German (spoken and written) and good English.
• Experience in renewable energy, construction, infrastructure, or technical projects is a plus.
