Community & Office Manager

About the role

Trustpilot is looking for a Community & Office Manager to nurture its Hamburg, Milan and Amsterdam offices. Based in Hamburg, you will create meaningful connections, deliver a five‑star office experience and support senior leadership events while travelling occasionally to the other locations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the face of the local community on Slack and in the office, championing communication and activating company campaigns.
• Gather informal feedback to gauge community sentiment on key topics.
• Build cross‑functional relationships, welcome new starters, and greet visitors.
• Support senior leadership events such as AMA sessions, AGMs and board meetings.
• Define and communicate a clear office service proposition, manage day‑to‑day operations and collaborate with stakeholders on requirements.
• Maintain and continuously improve the office environment, ensuring inclusivity and a safe, secure workplace.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community or office management within a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across functions.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable using internal communication tools.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Milan and Amsterdam.
