Community & Social Media Manager (France)

About the role

HOLY is looking for a passionate Community & Social Media Manager to own and grow its French community. Working closely with the Head of France, you will shape HOLY’s online and offline presence in one of Europe’s most dynamic beverage markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HOLY’s French community across Discord, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X, setting growth targets and engagement programmes.
• Plan and execute community activations such as sample send‑outs, prize giveaways and coordinated roll‑outs.
• Act as the daily voice of HOLY in France – posting content, moderating discussions and leading calls before each launch.
• Organise and attend real‑world meet‑ups, exclusive events and surprise activations to turn online members into brand ambassadors.
• Monitor French digital trends, cultural moments and competitor activity to keep the brand locally relevant.
• Collaborate with central brand, performance and community teams to ensure alignment and rapid execution.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of French digital culture and social media landscape.
• Proven experience building and nurturing online communities, preferably in consumer brands.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of market‑specific initiatives.
