About the role

Join the management team of Munich’s largest hotel complex, overseeing two iconic properties with more than 1,000 rooms and extensive event facilities. You will drive revenue decisions that can affect up to €1 million in daily performance and contribute to a groundbreaking technology project that will reshape revenue management across the hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage revenue strategies for the Westin Grand Munich and Four Points by Sheraton Munich Arabellapark.
• Optimize pricing and inventory for over 1,000 rooms and 21 event spaces, including a venue that accommodates up to 2,500 guests.
• Make daily revenue-impacting decisions that can influence differences of up to €1 million.
• Collaborate with an international team to develop and implement innovative revenue‑management technology.
• Support the overall hotel operation and contribute to the continuous improvement of guest experience.
