Content & Inbound Marketing Specialist – Remote Worldwide

About the role

REPLUG is looking for a motivated Content & Inbound Marketing Specialist to own the execution and distribution of content across LinkedIn and related channels. This remote, execution‑focused position will turn raw inputs into engaging posts, carousels, short‑form videos, and newsletters while continuously testing and optimizing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own content publishing on LinkedIn and other channels, ensuring consistent scheduling, optimization, and performance tracking.
• Transform notes, transcripts, drafts, and long‑form articles into short‑form assets such as posts, carousels, video scripts, and newsletters.
• Repurpose existing long‑form content into reusable formats for social, email, sales, and partnership touchpoints.
• Maintain content calendars, manage drafts and assets, and support publishing workflows in HubSpot or other CMS platforms.
• Test formats, hooks, and messaging to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Contribute to channel growth, PR/outreach, and co‑marketing initiatives.
• Optional: coordinate or edit short‑form video content and collaborate with designers on visual assets.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in marketing execution roles, preferably with a focus on content and social media.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment and taking ownership of content distribution.
• Ability to turn strategic direction into actionable deliverables without constant supervision.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CMS) for content publishing and basic performance tracking.
• LinkedIn content creation and publishing best practices.
• Familiarity with short‑form video concepts and basic editing tools.
