Content Marketing Manager – Demand Generation & PR

About the role

Quadient is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to shape and execute a regional content strategy that fuels demand generation, thought leadership, brand awareness, public relations and customer advocacy. You will work closely with field marketing, product marketing, sales and the global content team to deliver compelling, localized assets that resonate with both SMB and Enterprise audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a content strategy aligned with regional and global priorities.
• Maintain a regional content calendar and a stakeholder‑aligned review process.
• Create and localize high‑quality assets such as blogs, whitepapers, videos, infographics, email copy and web copy.
• Develop partner marketing materials and regional customer case studies.
• Support regional PR initiatives and ensure messaging consistency.
• Manage organic social media, collaborate with SEO and digital teams, and optimise regional web pages for visibility and conversion.
• Track content performance, report ROI and use data insights to refine future initiatives.
• Coordinate external agencies and vendors for content production.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing with proven B2B demand‑generation results.
• Experience in a technology or SaaS environment, preferably within a global matrix organization.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
