Content Marketing Manager – Fixed‑Term

About the role

You will turn Impossible Founders' strategy into compelling stories that attract, engage and inspire the DeepTech and science‑based startup ecosystem. Working across the website, social media, newsletters and micro‑content formats, you will raise the organisation’s visibility and position it as the go‑to hub for ambitious founders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute an impact‑driven content strategy covering the full content lifecycle from ideation to publication and performance measurement.
• Develop and maintain a structured editorial calendar across all channels, prioritising topics in collaboration with the CEO, program team and partners.
• Identify relevant topics, conduct interviews with founders and team members, and transform insights into high‑quality articles, web copy, landing pages and social posts.
• Write and optimise SEO‑ and AEO‑focused web copy, manage LinkedIn content, design newsletters and create short videos, slides and quote graphics.
• Track content performance, produce KPI reports and continuously refine the strategy based on data.
• Lead a working student and coordinate external providers for infographics, video and design, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B, tech or startup environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English and German.
• Proactive, independent work style with strong research, structuring and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to simplify complex scientific topics for a broad audience.
