Content Marketing Manager (Remote, Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to shape and execute our content strategy. Working remotely, you will help us make therapy more accessible by creating authentic, engaging content for our social channels and performance marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the overall content strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage and grow existing social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn) and launch new ones such as Reddit and TikTok.
• Produce authentic posts, graphics, and short‑form videos for organic and paid campaigns.
• Collaborate with therapists, clients, and micro‑influencers to generate UGC video content.
• Coordinate with SEO, performance marketing, and B2B teams to ensure a consistent brand story across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Work experience in a start‑up or scale‑up environment, preferably in marketing, branding or design.
• Passion for mental health and fluency in German and English.
• Creative eye for design and familiarity with short‑form video creation.
• Based in the EU (Germany is a plus) and comfortable working remotely on a freelance basis.
