Contract Recruiter – 12‑Month RPO Role (German/English)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to join ZRG’s Embedded Talent Acquisition team on a 12‑month engagement. The role supports a global enterprise client based in Germany, operating remotely while partnering closely with hiring managers across manufacturing and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple requisitions, from sourcing to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using direct sourcing, market mapping, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct screening, competency‑based interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Ensure process excellence, including scheduling, feedback loops, candidate experience, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and provide weekly pipeline and hiring reports.
• Represent ZRG and the client professionally in all communications.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in in‑house, RPO or embedded recruitment, preferably within CPG supply chain and corporate functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative approach.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast‑moving environment.
