Corporate Social Media Manager – LinkedIn & Executive Communications

About the role

Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Corporate Social Media Manager to lead its corporate communications on LinkedIn and support executive visibility. Working closely with senior leaders, you will translate business topics into engaging content while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop corporate social media channels with a focus on LinkedIn.
• Support executive communication by creating content and engaging communities for senior leadership and board‑level accounts.
• Create engaging text and visual formats tailored to different audiences and channels.
• Translate relevant business topics into clear, audience‑oriented messaging.
• Ensure all communication aligns with the corporate tone of voice and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to editorial planning and overall content strategy.
• Monitor, analyse and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in communications, media, marketing, business or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of practical experience in social media and content creation within a corporate environment.
• Hands‑on experience creating visual content using tools such as Canva.
• Comfort working in a regulated environment with careful, aligned communication.
• Strong collaboration skills and confidence interacting with senior colleagues.
• Excellent written German and English.
• Good eye for design and storytelling.
