Creative Marketing Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Marketing Team Lead to drive the growth of innovative digital products for global audiences. Based in Germany and working fully remotely, you will shape the creative strategy, lead a high‑performing team and ensure that advertising assets directly contribute to user acquisition and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies aligned with acquisition and revenue targets.
• Generate, refine and oversee advertising concepts and assets across multiple products and campaigns.
• Manage, mentor and expand a team of designers and creative marketing specialists.
• Coordinate production workflows to guarantee timely delivery and quality standards.
• Partner with user acquisition teams to align creative initiatives with performance goals.
• Establish and optimise testing frameworks for creative experimentation.
• Monitor creative performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Foster a collaborative, results‑oriented culture through coaching and feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a creative marketing team with multiple direct reports.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and the impact of creative assets on acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualise and launch high‑performing campaigns.
• Experience implementing structured creative testing and optimisation processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Professional English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
• Experience in live‑streaming, social networking or digital entertainment is a plus.
