Creative Producer

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Producer to lead high‑impact creative production for performance‑driven user acquisition campaigns. Based in Germany, you will work in a fast‑paced mobile app environment, turning data insights into compelling static and video ads for Meta, Google, TikTok and other paid channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end creative production from brief to delivery of static and video assets across major paid media platforms.
• Define creative direction together with user acquisition managers, creative strategists and AI‑driven teams.
• Manage and mentor a team of motion and graphic designers, ensuring high‑volume, high‑quality output within sprint‑based workflows.
• Oversee production pipelines, coordinating briefs, feedback loops, timelines and quality control for multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Design, implement and evaluate creative testing strategies, iterating based on performance metrics such as ROAS and engagement.
• Continuously improve creative operations, scaling experimentation frameworks and optimizing workflows for rapid iteration.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in creative production, preferably in performance marketing, mobile apps or fast‑scaling digital products.
• At least 2 years of experience leading creative teams and scaling output while maintaining performance standards.
• Strong understanding of paid media ecosystems and formats on Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Hands‑on background in motion design or video creation is highly valued.
