Creative Project Manager

About the role

Designity is looking for a Creative Project Manager to serve as the operational heartbeat behind bold, high‑impact creative work. You will own complex initiatives from start to finish, turning client goals into structured execution while keeping teams aligned and momentum high.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end creative projects including branding, campaigns, websites, and content production.
• Translate client objectives into clear briefs, realistic timelines, and strategic plans.
• Partner with Creative Directors to align strategy, guide creative direction, and ensure business impact.
• Manage scope, schedules, deliverables, and communication across multiple projects.
• Facilitate reviews, resolve roadblocks, and keep work on‑brand, on‑strategy, and on‑time.
• Lead client communication, present work, set expectations, and navigate feedback cycles.
• Leverage AI and project‑management tools to streamline workflows and anticipate risks.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing creative projects in an agency or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital design, marketing, and content workflows.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and handle multiple fast‑paced projects.
• Confidence in client communication, presenting work, and guiding feedback cycles.
• Experience with project‑management tools.
