Creative Strategist – Gaming Industry (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist to work on flagship gaming brands across Europe. Based in Germany, you will operate at the intersection of culture, creativity, and strategy, helping the brand connect with under‑35 audiences through authentic cultural insights.

Key responsibilities

• Identify emerging cultural signals, behaviours, and trends shaping German audiences under 35.
• Immerse in gaming, creator ecosystems, and online communities to uncover brand opportunities.
• Translate cultural observations into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Define authentic brand positioning within contemporary culture.
• Develop inspiring creative briefs that drive culture‑first ideas and activations.
• Collaborate closely with creatives, marketers, and brand teams across Europe.
• Share knowledge to build internal understanding of gaming culture and its impact on brand growth.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Germany.
• Direct experience working within the gaming industry.
• Proven background in brand, cultural, or creative strategy.
• Deep knowledge of German consumer culture, social behaviours, and gaming communities.
• Strong analytical ability to spot cultural signals and turn them into strategic opportunities.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
