Creative Strategy Manager – Creator Content

About the role

As a Creative Strategy Manager for Creator Content, you will define and drive the strategic vision for creator‑generated content across both off‑site social platforms and Zalando’s onsite experiences. You will work closely with internal creator teams, product groups and external agencies to ensure content aligns with brand, engagement and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategic and creative direction for creator content across campaigns, events, partnerships and brand activations, linking off‑site social formats to onsite conversion pathways.
• Develop recurring content concepts and format playbooks that enable creators to produce scalable, high‑impact series and franchises.
• Align cross‑functional stakeholders (creator management, social, marketing, product) around a unified briefing system and ensure consistent execution.
• Map the off‑site‑to‑onsite user journey, identify hand‑off moments and design content strategies that move audiences from discovery to purchase.
• Use audience insights, platform analytics and testing to refine formats, measure impact and inform investment decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, content strategy, social/creator marketing or a creative agency environment.
• Proven track record of shaping creator or influencer content that drives measurable business results.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube ecosystems and ability to adapt strategies in real time.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience turning data and testing outcomes into creative decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English.
