Creator & Publisher Manager – Content Operations (Berlin)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised Creator & Publisher Manager to join our German Content Operations team. In this role you will partner with creators, public figures and digital publishers to accelerate content growth and improve quality on TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with a portfolio of creators, public figures and publishers across top, mid and long‑tail tiers.
• Identify growth opportunities, improve content output and increase engagement, product adoption and platform value for partners.
• Onboard high‑potential creators and publishers using targeted outreach and incentive programmes.
• Drive participation in global, regional and local initiatives, ensuring awareness and ongoing engagement.
• Support monetisation and non‑monetary value strategies to foster sustainable growth.
• Promote effective use of TikTok tools and features, providing tailored recommendations.
• Act as the German market expert, gathering insights, spotting trends and feeding feedback to product and program teams.
• Collaborate with central, regional and cross‑functional teams to align strategy and achieve shared goals.
• Contribute to strategic partnerships, content acquisition and collaborations with top creators and publishers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in creator management, partner relations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the digital content landscape and creator ecosystems.
• Fluent in German (C2 level) and English, with the ability to collaborate with local partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the German market and cultural nuances.
