CRM Marketing Manager (All Genders Welcome)

About the role

As a CRM Marketing Manager you will lead and support CRM campaigns across European markets for Kia Europe. You will use data insights, AI automation and segmentation to increase customer engagement and loyalty while enhancing B2B CRM capabilities within the Marketing Cloud ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and coordinate EU‑wide and local CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with service, marketing, sales and product teams to streamline campaign strategies and legal validation.
• Manage data segmentation and targeting for National Sales Companies, activating standard segments in Marketing Cloud.
• Support design, development and deployment of AI‑driven automation features for campaign execution.
• Act as the control tower for CRM performance dashboards, monitoring KPIs and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or Marketing.
• At least 6 years of experience in program or product management of CRM systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Core Cloud.
• Understanding of consent management practices for marketing activities in Europe.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
