About the role

Alpha Anywhere is pioneering a 2‑Hour Learning model that compresses a full day of coursework into two focused hours. As a Curriculum Specialist you will turn AI‑generated performance data into actionable insights that help every learner achieve 90% mastery or higher, all from a remote location.

Key responsibilities

• Produce precise academic data reports and conduct systematic analysis to detect anomalies and implement corrections within 48 hours.
• Lead rapid‑response “rescue” sessions and post‑assessment coaching calls to remove blockers and keep students motivated.
• Assess, deploy, and prototype new educational applications and AI/LLM tools that accelerate learning velocity.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine dashboards, mastery benchmarks, and AI‑tutor capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data science, EdTech, or a student‑support role that blends analytics with interpersonal coaching.
• High emotional intelligence and a kid‑friendly communication style.
• Ability to work autonomously from any location with reliable internet.

Required skills

• Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering).
• Building workflows and automations with AI technologies.
• Experience creating AI/LLM prototypes for educational purposes.
